A successful and impactful day for our youth!
The Adolescent Youth and Development Program successfully took place earlier this morning at 9:00 AM at the Overflow Covered Court. A huge thank you to all the young minds who participated, shared their energy, and made this event a resounding success.

𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗛/𝗔𝗗𝗢𝗟𝗘𝗦𝗖𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗗𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗟𝗢𝗣𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗠 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

The Youth/Adolescent and Development Program was conducted at the Covered Court of Sitio Overflow, Brgy. Hilamonan, Kabankalan City, bringing together PYAP members, 4Ps beneficiaries, SK scholars, and the youth of the Brgy. Hilamonan for a meaningful and informative gathering.

The program aims to educate and empower the youth through discussions on important social and health-related issues including Mental Health Awareness, Drug Awareness Campaign, Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention, R**e Awareness, Anti-Terrorism and Insurgency Awareness, and Republic Act 7610 or the Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation, and Discrimination Act.

This initiative is led by the Revitalized Pulis Sa Barangay (RPSB) Hilamonan Team in partnership with the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO), Kabankalan City Police Station, Regional Mobile Force Battalion (RMFB), and the 94th Infantry Battalion.

Through this activity, the youth are encouraged to become informed, responsible, disciplined, and active citizens in building a safer and stronger community.

The PYAP - Hilamonan Chapter in coordination with the Sangguniang Kabataan of Brgy. Hilamonan and with the supervision of the PYAP - Kabankalan City Chapter has successfully conducted their profiling and general assembly for all the interested PYAP members of Brgy. Hilamonan. The event was initiated to address the PYAP agenda that includes plans and activities for the members and for the organization, and as the org start off their fresh year as a revived organization in the community.

The orientation and meeting was held at the Sitio Overflow, Brgy. Hilamonan Covered Court today, April 11, 2026, after the journalism outreach initiative of FBC The Channel in collaboration with KCC The Herald and other student organizations, which was participated by the youth and PYAP members of Brgy. Hilamonan.

These kinds of initiatives and activities maintain the active involvement, skills development, and productivity of the youth which will help for the improvement and transformation of themselves, their family, and of the community.
