𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧: WORK-FROM-HOME SETUP (NOVEMBER 25, 2025)

Due to inclement weather caused by tropical depression "Verbena," the university's offices will transition to a work-from-home setup today, November 25, 2025. Regular face-to-face transactions will be postponed until further notice.

𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧: Undergraduate Enrollment Schedule

The Office of the University Registrar announces the enrollment schedule for undergraduate programs at Central Philippines State University - Main Campus.

For regular continuing students, enrolment will be online through the CISS portal while irregular continuing students are advised to follow the schedule posted below.

𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝗺𝗯 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁

Central Philippines State University (CPSU) has successfully addressed the bomb threat reported at 8:56 p.m. on November 19, 2025. Areas and buildings across the Main Campus were thoroughly inspected by the Philippine National Police (PNP) Kabankalan, the Bacolod City Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) K9 Unit, and the CPSU Security Office. After a detailed inspection, the threat was officially cleared by 2:32 a.m. on November 20, 2025.

The university’s Management Information System Office is currently conducting further investigations related to the incident. The university assures its stakeholders and the public of its unwavering commitment to ensuring safety and maintaining calm within the community.

In light of the continuing effects of "Typhoon Tino" and to allow students and their families to focus on clean-up and recovery efforts, please be informed that there will be NO NSTP CLASS on Saturday, November 8, 2025.

NSTP students are encouraged to assist their family and relatives in cleaning and restoring their homes and surroundings during this period. This activity aligns with the NSTP’s commitment to community service and civic responsibility.

Regular NSTP classes and activities will resume on the next scheduled session.

​Setup: Shift to WFH Asynchronous. No face-to-face classes will be conducted.

​Setup: Skeletal Workforce on the Main Campus; all others will work remotely via the WFH setup.
​Assignment: Office Heads are responsible for designating personnel who must report onsite.

​Due to the latest PAGASA update on Tropical Storm Tino, the university is immediately shifting to a Work-From-Home (WFH) asynchronous setup for all faculty, staff, and classes, effective November 3, 2025.

​𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀

- ​Teaching Personnel: All face-to-face classes are suspended. Please transition to a WFH asynchronous arrangement and inform your students immediately.

- ​Non-Teaching Personnel: The WFH arrangement is now in effect.

- ​Job Order (Field Work) & Essential Personnel: You have the option to report on-site or monitor remotely as appropriate. Those reporting on-site must use the biometrics system for attendance.

​This directive applies to all extension campuses.

𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲:​ This announcement will be superseded if an official suspension is issued by the Local Government Units (LGU's).

Wearing this uniform is a privilege I hold dearly, one that comes from years of hard work, discipline, and commitment. To be specific, I acquired my military commissionship as a graduate of the National Defense College of the Philippines and continue to be an active reservist by complying the required annual trainings and seminars.

As I stood before the graduates of the Cadet Officer Candidate Course in CPSU, I am reminded that our respective journeys behind the uniform binds us together. Graduates went thru rigorous training, testing their skills and commitment.

To our dear graduates, please put in mind, like you, I wear this uniform not just for myself but for the institution and the ideals it represents. Your accomplishment marks the beginning of your own responsibility—to serve with integrity, to act with honor, and to reflect the standards that define us all. Together, we carry the trust and hope of our nation, united by our common purpose and unwavering commitment.
