The Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O) of Jones Rural School, led by its president alongside five members, united with the SSLG, BKBC, and YPS at the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Federation’s youth meeting at the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office on May 17.

The student groups took part in the session to align their respective campus programs with the municipality's broader developmental goals for a unified approach to local youth governance.

A moment of pride and purpose as the 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 was recognized as the 𝐌𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 during the 9th Senior High School Graduation Exercises and Recognition. The award stands as a testament to the organization’s unwavering 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, meaningful 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞, and collective 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 throughout the school year.

This milestone would not have been possible without the dedicated guidance and support of 𝐌𝐚'𝐚𝐦 𝐈𝐯𝐲 𝐏𝐟𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐨, the YES-O adviser, whose leadership helped shape the organization into one worthy of distinction.

𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐘𝐄𝐒-𝐎 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐜𝐨-𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬, for continuing to make a difference and inspiring others through excellence in action.

Tonight is 'Earth Hour', a symbolic switch-off of lights from 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. for our environment.

𝐈n a shared commitment to environmental stewardship, the tree planting activity was successfully conducted through the collaborative efforts of the 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒉 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝑬𝒏𝒗𝒊𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑺𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒍𝒔 𝑶𝒓𝒈𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒛𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 together with the 𝑩𝒍𝒖𝒆 𝑫𝒆𝒏𝒊𝒎 𝑪𝒍𝒖𝒃, 𝑪𝑬𝑶, and 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒈 𝑷𝒆𝒆𝒓𝒔 𝑺𝒐𝒄𝒊𝒆𝒕𝒚.

𝐓his initiative reflects the collective dedication of these organizations and volunteers to promote sustainability, protect the environment, and contribute to a greener and healthier community for future generations. 🌱🌳
