Meet the new officers of the Gomez United Methodist Youth Fellowship for 2024-2025! May this term be eventful and successful as we come together to this new chapter of Embracing the Youth through the love of our God.

May their leadership and efforts help our organization with the guidance of our Lord and Savior!

"Lord, bakit ganto?"
"Lord, bakit ako napunta dito?"
"Lord, bakit hindi mo pa tanggalin?"

We have some questions about God; His timing, His ways and His plans for us. But sometimes the reason He's not changing our situation yet is because He wants to change our hearts first— even our questions too.

Instead of asking, "Lord, bakit ganto?"
Start asking Him, "Lord, anong tinuturo Mo sa'kin?"

Instead of asking, "Lord, bakit ako napunta dito?"
Start asking Him, "Lord, anong gusto mong ibahagi ko dito?"

Instead of asking, "Lord, bakit hindi mo pa tanggalin?"
Start asking Him, "Lord, ano pa kailangan kong matutunan dito?"

God doesn't need perfect prayers from you, He's looking for right prayers from you— authentic, bold, and not self-seeking.

Our prayers should change us too. Just like David, let's desire a heart that is pure, "Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me." (Psalm 51:10)

Nothing touches the heart of God more deeply than a change of heart.

Let's desire to have a clean and pure heart; a heart that's undivided and only longs to please Him, a heart that solely seeks His presence.

Yung pusong si Lord lang ang maitataas.
Yung pusong sa Kanya tumitibok.
Yung pusong handang magsakripisyo para sa iba.

It all starts with a sincere desire, God can do the changing (also the breaking if needed so)

Let Him do the breaking. Just desire and He will renew your heart again 🙇🏻‍♂️✨
