The activity helps personnel maintain physical fitness, endurance, strength, and readiness needed for the physical demands of firefighting and emergency response operations.

Through consistent training and discipline, personnel prepare themselves to better perform assigned duties and respond to emergencies when called upon.

As part of the Bureau of Fire Protection’s daily operational readiness routine, duty personnel of this station headed by FINSP JERICHO F MIRANDA, Acting Municipal Fire Marshal, conducted 50-Meter Rescue Drags and Carries to enhance strength, endurance, coordination, and proper patient-handling techniques during emergency situations.

This training prepares our firefighters to safely move and evacuate victims from hazardous areas, especially when immediate rescue is necessary and conventional evacuation methods are not possible.
