To promote responsibility and safety on our roads, remember that operating a vehicle without a valid driver’s license is strictly prohibited. Traffic enforcers are actively monitoring school areas, and those caught without a license will face penalties, including vehicle impoundment at the PNP station.

⚠️Parents or guardians will be called upon to retrieve the vehicle by presenting a valid license or paying the corresponding fine.

𝙇𝙊𝙊𝙆 | The 𝐁𝐅𝐏 𝐌𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐠 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥 brought both knowledge and hands-on experience to Mahayag School of Arts and Trades School Camporal as they conducted an informative session on fire safety. The discussion covered the parts and proper use of a fire extinguisher, the importance of 𝐄.𝐃.𝐈.𝐓.𝐇. (Exit Drills In The Home), and the significance of wearing protective clothing during fire response.

To put learning into action, an engaging activity was held where eight participants worked together in a bucket relay challenge, transferring water bucket by bucket into a larger container—demonstrating teamwork under simulated emergency conditions. Participants also had the rare opportunity to extinguish real fire using an actual fire extinguisher, reinforcing both confidence and competence in fire response.

The activity concluded on a lighter note, as participants enjoyed a quick, refreshing rinse from the fire truck’s large hose, wrapping up the day with both valuable skills and memorable experiences.

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | On the morning of August 9, 2025, during the vibrant gathering of School Camporal 2025 at Mahayag School of Arts and Trades, Wood Badge Holder 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐥𝐞𝐲 𝐁𝐚𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝 took the stage to share a deeply meaningful message on HIV awareness. With clarity and compassion, she shed light on the realities of the virus, its effects on individuals and communities, and the life-saving value of being well-informed.

Her discussion served as a 𝒈𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒍𝒆 yet 𝒑𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒓𝒇𝒖𝒍 𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓 that knowledge is one of the strongest tools in prevention—empowering scouts to protect not only themselves but also the people around them. Through her words, the call for awareness became more than information; it became a commitment to responsibility, understanding, and care for one another.

The morning of August 09, 2025, brought a surge of energy and purpose as the MDRRMO Mahayag Personnel arrived to equip our scouts with essential life-saving skills. Their goal was to turn eager learners into confident first responders through hands-on, practical training designed for real-world emergencies.

Scouts learned the step-by-step process of CPR, from assessing unresponsiveness to delivering rescue breaths with proper technique and timing. They also mastered age-specific choking response methods for infants, children, and adults, understanding that quick action and the right approach can save lives. In addition, they were taught how to respond to fractures using proper bandaging and splinting techniques to protect and comfort the injured while awaiting further care.

As a sign of their commitment to community safety, the MDRRMO donated a spine board to the school and demonstrated its proper use, including safe patient handling and securing methods. By the end of the morning, our scouts left not only with new knowledge but also the confidence and readiness to act when it matters most.

🌙 Outfit Investiture Ceremony – A Night of Oaths and New Beginnings 🌙

Under the serene night sky, our scouts gathered for one of the most meaningful moments in their Scouting journey — the Outfit Investiture Ceremony. The cool evening air, the glow of the lights, and the quiet anticipation set the perfect stage as each scout prepared to take the solemn Scout Oath and Law, pledging their commitment to the ideals of Scouting.

More than just the formal wearing of the scarf, this ceremony marked a promise to live with loyalty, service, and unity. Each scout stood tall, embracing the responsibility of leadership and the call to be “Laging Handa” — ready to help, ready to lead, and ready to inspire. The night became a witness to their determination, as the spirit of brotherhood and purpose grew stronger within the troop.

With the oath in their hearts and the scarf around their necks, these scouts now carry the torch of the movement. The path ahead will be filled with adventures, challenges, and opportunities — and with the Scout Spirit shining brightly, they are prepared to face them all. ⚜️
