ADVISORY | VSU Isabel Library temporarily reverts to regular work schedule from March 16–19, 2026.
The VSU Isabel Library will temporarily revert to a regular eight-hour work schedule for its personnel from March 16 to 19 in light of the declaration of a national holiday later in the week.
During this four-day period, library staff who are normally under the compressed workweek arrangement will follow the standard office schedule of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
This temporary adjustment is in response to the declaration of March 20 as a regular holiday in observance of Eid al-Fitr, which marks the end of the holy month of Ramadan.

📚🚨 VSU Isabel Library Joins the 1st Quarter NSED 🚨📚
The VSU Isabel Library, together with its faculty and staff, actively participated in the 1st Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) to strengthen safety awareness and emergency preparedness within the campus community.
Library personnel practiced the proper “Duck, Cover, and Hold” procedure and followed the designated evacuation protocols to ensure everyone knows how to respond effectively during earthquake emergencies. This activity highlights the library’s commitment to maintaining a safe and prepared learning environment for all.
Preparedness is a shared responsibility—let us continue to stay alert, informed, and ready at all times.
