Today I was about to go to my clinic but a call was done to me. A case of Pregnant mother na nakalabas na ang paa and kamay. Knowing that this is a emergency case, I proceed to the hospital and called my secretary at the clinic to explain to our patient the situation.

Majority of the patient understand but a patient didn't. Galit po dahil inuna ang patient na emergency and di ko daw inisip na naghihintay sila sa clinic.

Stress na po tayo sa Hospital, Sana di napo tayo magpaka stress sa clinic. Never po inuna ang patient sa clinic kaysa mga emergency cases. Paulit ulit po akong naga explain.

In line of the incident, I will be closing the Clinic for the meantime.
