Kagaya ni Mommy na nasa photo, kita sa baba ng pusod ang scar ng kanyang previous ligation. At the same time, visible din ang heartbeat ng sanggol na kanyang pinagbubuntis ngayon.

Hindi impossibleng magbuntis ulit kahit na-ligate na. Hindi din ibig sabihin na pag nabuntis ang pasyente after ligation ay mali ang technique ng doctor na nag-ligate.

Mayroon tayong tinatawag na 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 after ligation kung saan maaring kusang magdugtong ulit ang fallopian tubes na naputol at naitali before. Ito ay napakadalang ngunit hindi ito impossible.

Kaya naman kung ikaw ay nagpacheck up sa amin at may missed me**es ka, pregnancy symptoms or abnormal bleeding, huwag po kayong magagalit sa amin pag pinagpregnancy test namin kayo kahit na-ligate na kayo.

Patient nag follow up na. Buhay and nakangiti 🙂

Patient had her repeat cesarean section na walang inaasahang complication. Sad to say baby didnt survive due to multiple congenital anomaly. 6 hours post op patient had her first bp elevation (140/60) at nag seizure- tinatawag itong eclampsia. Emergency medication was given but still have 6 episodes of seizure. The watcher was advise intubation and transfer to higher facility na may ICU but due to financial reasons di nila kaya lumipat.

So we managed the patient to the best that we can do. Kulang ng gamot, walang CT scan, walang ICU, walang specialista. If ano lang kayang gamot na maibigay ko.
Dasal ng araw araw na enough na yung magawa ko para maitawid ang araw na buhay pa sya. After 2 days nagising si maam, after 4 days nagsasalita na. I was so happy. God is so good.

Di araw-araw walang complications ang mga pasyente. Minsan ilalagay ka ng Panginoon sa situation na ipaalala nya sayo kung bakit ka nag doctor, at bakit kailangan mo na may Diyos sa buhay mo para sa mga pasyente mo.
