“To secure championship [sic], I cannot guarantee that one, but for an outstanding performance, I think that I could guarantee [sic] outstanding performance. If possible, still, we could earn 99+% grade to [sic] rating, but we will be, [sic] we are trying our best to be the champion as always. It is in our heart, in our minds, to win that tactical inspection, but I would like to emphasize that tactical inspection is not a contest. The Reserve Command (RESCOM), Philippine Army joins the entire nation in the solemn observance of Araw ng Kagitingan (Day of Valor).

The Aim High Colleges Inc. (AHCI) arrived at Jose Rizal Memorial State University – Tampilisan Campus (JRMSU-TC) on April 7, 2026, at 1600H in preparation for the Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI).

The delegation was composed of 10 members, consisting of three 1st class officers, four 2nd class officers, and three 3rd class officers, led by Mr. John Clifford T. Moreno, the National Service Training Program (NSTP) Coordinator.
