PROJECT UPDATE

Construction of Extension of Multi-Purpose Hall
Brgy. Dinahican, Infanta, Quezon

We are pleased to report that the scope for this phase of the project has been successfully completed. Works accomplished include structural, finishing, and utility installations for both the main and extension buildings, covering flooring, ceilings, painting, waterproofing, tiling, electrical systems, restroom facilities, roofing repairs, and solar panel installation. These completed tasks reflect significant progress and the quality of work achieved in this phase of the project.

We are also currently coordinating with the committee regarding the addition of office partitions to further improve the functionality of the hall.

We are especially pleased that the main building, together with the newly completed extension, was able to fulfill its purpose during Bagyong Uwan, providing shelter and support to many families in need. This milestone demonstrates the value of the project in serving the community both in daily activities and in times of emergency.

On-going Project Update 🏗️

The improvement of the Covered Court located at Barangay Binulasan, Infanta, Quezon is currently underway. The scope of work includes the construction of a two-step bench, two comfort rooms, fixed glass between beams and painting of the roofings.

This project aims to provide a more comfortable and functional facility for the community’s activities and gatherings.

Project Update:

We are pleased to announce the completion of the Painting Works of the Barangay Hall, including the installation of office partitions, main entrance sliding door, and meeting area partition.

This marks another step toward enhancing functionality and providing a better working environment for our local offices.

Progress Update: Multi-Purpose Hall - Phase 2

We are pleased to share the ongoing progress of our Multi-Purpose Hall
Phase 2 construction.

• We are now halfway through the waterproofing works using Aliphatic
Polyurethane Waterproofer on the concrete roof deck to ensure long-lasting protection against leaks.
• CHB laying is almost complete, giving structure and form to the building.

Up next, our team will begin:
• Plastering works
• Concrete pouring on slab on grade
• Ceiling installation
• Painting works
• Tile works
• Other finishing activities to bring the project closer to completion.

Project Update: Concreting of Barangay Road, Barangay Dinahican, Infanta Quezon

We are glad to share the progress on our ongoing Barangay Road
Concreting Project.

The scope of works includes:
• Concrete pouring of pavements
• Construction of drainage canal
• Excavation works
• Clearing and grubbing of debris
• Concrete pouring of drainage flooring with RSB
• CHB laying, mortar, and plastering

Half of the road pavement is now completed and currently undergoing proper curing. At present, we are focusing on the construction of the drainage canal. Once this is completed, we will proceed with the concreting of the remaining half of the road. This method allows us to ensure quality curing time for the concrete while also minimizing inconvenience to the public during construction.

We appreciate everyone's patience and cooperation as we continue to improve our community's infrastructure.

For the month of July, we successfully completed three road construction projects in different areas of Barangay Pilaway, Infanta, Quezon. These improvements aim to make daily travel safer and more convenient for their residents.

🔜 Next in line is the improvement of our covered court, which includes:

Installing glass panels above to help prevent rain splash during activities
Adding courtside seating for better comfort and viewing
And other upgrades to make the area more functional and inviting

Accomplished Project: Ripraping in Barangay Alitas, Infanta, Quezon

It’s been a while since we last posted—things have been busy on the ground, but we never stopped pushing forward with construction projects for our community!

One of our recent improvements is at the Barangay Hall of Barangay Cawaynin, Infanta, Quezon. We’ve made several key updates to make the space more functional and weather-resilient. On the second floor, we built a partition in the meeting area to help create a more organized and productive environment. Downstairs, we also installed a partition to provide the treasurer’s office with its own dedicated space.

Lastly, we addressed a long-standing concern on the ground floor—rainwater entering the hall. To solve this, we built an extension and changed the orientation of the main door, considering the existing right of way in its original position. This improvement helps keep the interior dry and protected, especially during heavy rains.
