IFAB DESIGN CHRISTMAS PARTY 2024!

We had an amazing time at the Ifab Design and Construction Christmas Party, filled with exciting games, thoughtful gifts, unlimited delicious food, and food packs for our hardworking Ifab workers. A huge thank you to the entire Ifab family for making the event a memorable experience and for the generosity shared with everyone. Special thanks to Jhob Arellano for providing mobilization, Clarenz Yvo Amongo and Lourdes Ortega for preparing the wonderful food, and Ar. Ernesto Jr Ronato Buna for contributing additional refreshments and beer. We also appreciate the efforts of Ar. Paul Simond Rosales , Karen Espiritu , and Pia Lopez for organizing the fun and engaging games. Thanks to Tanza group. Most importantly, our heartfelt gratitude goes to our foremen, lead men, and all the workers for their unwavering hard work and dedication throughout the year, which led to the successful completion of our projects. It was truly a night to remember, and we look forward to more achievements together in the coming year! A Modern Asian Tropical Minimalist Townhouse. A piece of Architecture representing the Filipino and Asian tropical that merges the traditional and modern concept of Filipino Architecture. The façade is a blend of stone, wood, and concrete materials finish with large windows details.

Our design concept incorporates the natural beauty of wood, earthy tones, and elegant stonework. The geometric sun buffer design in the stairwell adds a unique touch, creating an inviting atmosphere perfect for commercial establishments.

A remarkable achievement of a family home away from home, we proudly share the transformation of a design by IFAB Design into a tangible reality. This one-story modern tropical house, infused with elements of industrial style, now stands as a testament to the hard work and entrepreneurial spirit of a young couple Larry&Kat who call it home. Set on a spacious lot surrounded by abundant vegetation, the house boasts a cozy and stunning atmosphere. Its open floor plan seamlessly integrates indoor and outdoor spaces, with expansive terraces that expand the dining area for special occasions. The fusion of modern and industrial design elements, combined with an abundance of natural light, creates an enchanting ambiance throughout the house.
