Ep. 4 | Project Dusk

This Moodboard Monday, we’re diving into Project Dusk—a story told through warm neutrals, softened shadows, and the quiet glow that sits between day and night. This palette celebrates the serenity that unfolds when the world begins to slow down. Gentle textures, muted tones, and intentional details come together to create a space that feels grounding, warm, and endlessly inviting.

This moodboard reflects a home that embraces stillness and warmth: organic textures, dusky palettes, and subtle contrasts that feel both grounded and refined. It’s a reminder that beauty often lives in the in-between.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞

For this compact 24 sqm space in Mandaluyong City, we infused a lively and youthful energy while keeping the overall aesthetic clean and refined. The design takes inspiration from Scandinavian minimalism--light, airy, and functional, but with a fresh, playful twist.

Soft, gorgeous curves are incorporated throughout the space to break the monotony of small-unit layouts and create a more inviting flow. Subtle patterns add personality without overwhelming the eye, balancing texture with simplicity.

Colors and materials lean toward warm neutrals, light wood tones, and soft accents, giving the unit a bright and cozy charm. Smart, multi-functional pieces maximize storage and movement, ensuring that every corner serves a purpose while still feeling open and comfortable.

The result is a charming, thoughtfully designed space that feels youthful, modern, and effortlessly Scandinavian, with just the right touch of fun.

Today’s moodboard draws inspiration from the tranquil rhythm of the sea and the golden warmth of dusk. This concept captures the beautiful duality of calm and energy, where deep ocean blues meet soft amber tones, creating a space that feels both grounding and uplifting.

The design celebrates balance: the serenity of coastal living intertwined with the sophistication of modern design. Through sleek lines, warm accents, and reflective textures, ‘Ocean Sunset’ brings the comforting glow of twilight and the peaceful essence of the sea into the heart of your space.
