Non-speaking does not mean non-understanding 🌈

This is one of the most important shifts we can make.

When a child isn't using spoken words, it's easy for the world to assume they aren't taking things in.

But speaking and understanding are two different things. A child can absorb everything around them, follow what's happening, and have rich thoughts and feelings, all without saying a word out loud.

So we presume competence. We talk to them, not around them. We never say anything in front of a child that we wouldn't say if they could respond.

We assume they understand, and we keep showing up as if they do, because they so often are.

Every child deserves to be spoken to like the capable person they are. ☀️

It's that time of the year again! 🏖🌞 we really said work hard, rest harder. 😉 💙🧡🤍

We capped off the last two weeks of the 2026 with trips to the supermarket and food preparation activities. 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳 we created amazing dishes such as tuna and egg sandwiches, tuna and cucumber kimbap, adobo, bacon mac and cheese, and banana float! 🥪🥓🍛 we hope our pr***en and teenage students had fun! 💙🧡🤍

Teacher Mina, our Special Education Consultant, attended the Philippine Association for Teachers and Educators (PAFTE), Inc.'s 16th Mid-Year Convention last May 21-22, 2026. It is important to stay updated on current trends and news so we can keep providing the highest quality of services for our students and their families. 💙🧡🤍

May 2026 Speech-Language Pathologists Computer-Based Licensure Examination Results Released in Two (2) Working Days

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 17 out of 19 passed the Speech-Language Pathologists Computer-Based Licensure Examination given by the Board of Speech-Language Pathology in N. C. R and Cebu this May 2026.

The members of the Board of Speech-Language Pathology who gave the licensure examination are Hon. Maria Eusebia Catherine S. Sadicon, Chairperson; Hon. Juan Paulo D. Santuele and Hon. Ma. Rowena A. Ynion, Members.

The results were released in two (2) working days after the last day of examination.

Starting June 16, 2026, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please visit the official PRC website (www.prc.gov.ph) and follow the instructions for registration. Those who will register are required to bring the following: 1) Screenshot of system-generated Registration Form; 2) valid government-issued ID. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.
