🚨 “LEFT polycystic o***y” does NOT automatically mean your right o***y is living its best, innocent life 😭

This is where so many women get confused.

PMOS (formerly PCOS) is a syndrome—which means we diagnose it using the Rotterdam criteria, not just one ultrasound finding.

✅ Irregular periods
✅ Signs of higher androgen hormones (acne, facial hair, hair thinning)
✅ Polycystic ovarian morphology (PCOM)

You only need 2 out of 3.

Meaning?

👉 One o***y can look polycystic
👉 Both ovaries can look polycystic
👉 OR your ultrasound can look completely normal

…and PMOS may STILL be the diagnosis.

Your ultrasound is ONE piece of the puzzle—not the whole story 💗

Be honest 👀
Did your ultrasound confuse you more than it explained things?

PCOS has a new name… and honestly? It makes more sense. 👀

For YEARS, women thought:

❌ “My ultrasound is normal, so I don’t have PCOS.”

But PCOS was never just about ovaries.

Let me explain what this means—and why your diagnosis may not be what you think 💗

“16 weeks… pero wala pa akong nararamdaman na galaw 😰”

Take a breath—this is completely normal.

Most moms (especially first-time moms) feel baby move at around 18–20 weeks.
At 16 weeks, your baby is still very small, and the movements are too light to notice.

👉 Sometimes, it also depends on:
✨ if it’s your first pregnancy
✨ your placenta position (anterior placenta can “cushion” movement)
✨ how sensitive you are to subtle changes

No movement at 16 weeks doesn’t mean anything is wrong.

Your baby is moving—you just can’t feel it yet 💗

If you’ve reached 20+ weeks and still feel nothing, or something feels off—then check with your OB for peace of mind.

You’re not behind. Your timeline is still normal ✨

Cold water is not the enemy 😅

Your Tita says that drinking cold water will make your baby huge 👶❄️ It’s the calories in sugary cold drinks—not the temperature—that matter. Let’s stop the pregnancy myths 💗 ”

Weight gain in women is not always a matter of discipline.

Hormonal factors such as PCOS, insulin resistance, stress, and thyroid disorders can significantly affect metabolism and fat storage.

💗 If your body feels like it’s working against you, it may be time to look deeper.

Early evaluation leads to better management.

Let’s figure it out together.

“Moments of pure joy.” 🤍

In our culture, we often joke that the older child won’t be loved as much when a new baby comes along—this has to stop. Because the truth is—love doesn’t get divided, it multiplies.

Remind your children that they will always be loved 🥰
And soon, someone little will look up to them for guidance, protection, and love.

They are not being replaced—
they are being chosen to be someone’s first hero, first guide, and first best friend, holding a love that only grows, never divides. 💗

💗 Your period is a vital sign
💗 Listen to your body
💗 Get checked early
