Fantastic news! Were so glad to hear the suggestion box is finally up at the guard house entrance. A resolution to double homeowners' monthly due payments for the month of December 2024 to cover the 13th month pay of BHHOA employees (security guards and maintenance person) and other expenses of the Association.
