Midwife Rackyroad Pagtalunan Eügenio shared valuable insights into the critical role of breastfeeding in promoting both infant and maternal health. Breastfeeding provides essential nutrients that support a baby's growth and strengthens their immune system, while also offering numerous health benefits for mothers, such as reducing the risk of certain cancers and improving postpartum recovery.

The session emphasized the importance of supporting breastfeeding mothers through community resources and education, empowering women to make informed choices about their health and well-being. Together, we're building a network of encouragement and knowledge, making a positive impact on families and the community’s health.

Mahalaga ang ating kalusugan, kaya't simulan na ang '4 o'clock habit! Tuwing alas-4 ng hapon, maglaan ng ilang minuto upang suriin at linisin ang mga lugar na may stagnant water na maaring pamugaran ng lamok. Sa simpleng hakbang na ito, makakatulong tayong labanan ang dengue. Sama-sama tayong maging vigilant at protektahan ang ating pamilya!

A heartfelt thank you to the incredible team led by Dr. Darlene for dedicating their time and expertise to provide essential Dental services to Brgy. Carillo preschool children and expectant mothers.

This Oral Health Day was a huge success!, ensuring that our little ones and mothers-to-be received the care they deserve. By promoting good dental hygiene practices, we are helping pave the way for healthier smiles.
