Congratulations to the brilliant winners of the Mathematician Lookalike Contest! In Grade 11, John Raise Mateo from 11-HUMMS Angelica stole the show as Pythagoras. The 1st Runner Up position was skillfully secured by Dhen Richard Damo from 11-STEM Editha, who portrayed the renowned Johannes Kepler with flair. Adding to the brilliance, Frank Cendo Barrientos from 11-STEM Janina captured the 2nd Runner Up title by skillfully channeling the spirit of the great Blaise Pascal.

Moving on to Grade 12, the Mathematician Lookalike Contest continued to showcase exceptional talent. Charlieto Millado, hailing from 12-STEM Jobelle, emerged as the champion, flawlessly embodying the genius of Georg Cantor. Securing the 1st Runner Up spot was Yael Halo Antonio E. Marcelo, a standout mimic from 12-STEM Ryann, brilliantly portraying Gottlob Frege. Sharing the spotlight as 2nd Runner Up were Nicole Edades and Resty Palomo, from 12-HUMMS Ronamay and 12-HUMMS Ebdani, skillfully mimicking Godfrey Harold Hardy and William Rowan Hamilton, respectively. Finally, Jedrick Vicente, representing 12-ICT Rosita, claimed the 3rd Runner Up spot, leaving a lasting impression with his portrayal of Pierre de Fermat.

In a symphony of intellect, students competed head-to-head, revealing the secrets of geometry, and deciphering the language of statistics. As the competition reached its climax, cheers echoed through the hall, acknowledging the resilience and intelligence displayed by these young minds.
