🍎Nutrition Month is celebrated every July in the Philippines as declared by Presidential Decree No. 491, also known as the Nutrition Act of the Philippines, signed in 1974.

This month-long celebration is led by the National Nutrition Council (NNC) with the goal of:

✅ Raising awareness about the importance of nutrition
✅ Promoting healthy eating habits and lifestyle
✅ Addressing issues like malnutrition, especially among children
✅ Encouraging families and communities to make better food choices
