On May 29, 2026, the ParSU ROTC Unit proudly celebrated its 𝟐𝟒𝐭𝐡 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 at the ParSU Gymnasium.

A total of 𝟖𝟑𝟒 𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐭𝐬 successfully completed their ROTC training, presented by the ROTC Commandant, 𝐋𝐓𝐂 𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐘 𝐋 𝐄𝐋𝐎𝐑𝐄𝐓𝐀 𝐈𝐍𝐅 (𝐆𝐒𝐂) 𝐏𝐀, marking the culmination of their journey of discipline, leadership, and service. The ceremony also witnessed the formal transfer of command to the next generation of cadet leaders, symbolizing continuity, commitment, and excellence within the unit.

The event honored outstanding cadets, recognized the invaluable contributions of University Officials and Training Staff, and reaffirmed the University's dedication to developing responsible, service-oriented, and nation-building leaders.

In his inspirational message, 𝐃𝐫. 𝐀𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐥 𝐁. 𝐙𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐝𝐨, SUC President III, emphasized that true leadership is anchored in service, integrity, and responsibility. He also lauded the ParSU ROTC Unit for its remarkable achievement as 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐑𝐀𝐀𝐓𝐈) 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, recognizing the collective dedication of the cadets, officers, trainers, and stakeholders who contributed to the unit’s success.

As part of the ceremony, the newly graduated cadets were formally turned over by 𝐋𝐓𝐂 𝐀𝐑𝐍𝐄𝐋 𝐃 𝐅𝐀𝐁𝐑𝐈𝐀𝐆𝐀 𝐎𝐒 (𝐆𝐒𝐂) 𝐏𝐀, ROTC Supervisor, to the 𝟓𝟎𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝟓𝟎𝟐𝐑𝐑𝐈𝐁𝐍), led by 𝟐𝐋𝐓 𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐍 𝐉𝐎𝐘 𝐄 𝐎𝐁𝐀𝐑 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐄𝐒), affirming their readiness to serve the nation and support community initiatives when called upon.

The Guest of Honor and Speaker, 𝐌𝐀𝐉 𝐑𝐈𝐂 𝐎 𝐏𝐈𝐓𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐎 (𝐐𝐌𝐒) 𝐏𝐀, encouraged the graduates to embody the lessons learned through ROTC by becoming disciplined, responsible, and service-driven citizens. Meanwhile, in the reading of the message of 𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐑𝐎𝐍𝐈𝐄 𝐓 𝐄𝐁𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐓𝐀 𝐈𝐍𝐅 (𝐌𝐍𝐒𝐀) 𝐏𝐀, ROTC Superintendent, the graduates were reminded that every challenge, sacrifice, and hardship they experienced throughout their training helped shape their character, resilience, and leadership potential.

Through the NSTP-ROTC Program, Partido State University continues to develop young leaders equipped with discipline, civic consciousness, disaster preparedness competencies, and a deep sense of patriotism—preparing them to make meaningful contributions to nation-building and community development.

NO STUDENT SHALL BE ALLOWED TO LEAVE at any time during the event duration, EXCEPT under the following conditions:

1. A legal guardian or authorized representative must personally come and pick the student up.
2. The guardian/representative must present a VALID GOVERNMENT / OFFICIAL ID for verification and identification purposes before being granted entry or allowed to take the student out. Strict checking will be implemented by security personnel.

Following its remarkable achievement in the 2026 Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI), the Partido State University (ParSU) Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) Unit was formally recognized during the Awarding Ceremony conducted by the 5th Regional Community Defense Group (5RCDG), RESCOM, PA, in collaboration with Joint Task Force Bicolandia on May 22, 2026, at the 9ID Grandstand, Camp Elias Angeles, San Jose, Pili, Camarines Sur.

Alongside its recognition as 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐨𝐧, ParSU also received the 𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝, reflecting the University’s effective implementation and management of its ROTC Program. Notably, 𝐂𝐝𝐭/𝐏𝐯𝐭 𝐕𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐚 𝐑𝐲𝐳𝐚 𝐁. 𝐁𝐢𝐠𝐨𝐭𝐚, 𝟑𝐂𝐋 was awarded as 𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝟗𝟗 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝟏𝟎𝟎 𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐬, demonstrating exceptional academic excellence and strong mastery of ROTC concepts.
