Qualified applicants must confirm their slots from June 15 to June 30, 2026. Failure to confirm within the given period will result in the forfeiture of the applicant's admission slot.
Applicants qualified for the Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM) and Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management (BSTM) programs are required to undergo and pass an interview before they can fully secure admission to their chosen programs and reserve their slots.

In its continued pursuit of institutional excellence, Cavite State University - General Trias City Campus recently underwent a Quality Management System (QMS) Readiness Assessment Visit on June 10, 2026, marking another important step in strengthening its systems and processes in alignment with ISO-based quality standards.
The assessment provided a comprehensive review of existing procedures, documentation, and operational practices, allowing the campus to gauge its preparedness for full QMS implementation. It also served as an avenue for meaningful engagement, where key personnel actively participated in discussions, clarifications, and process validations aimed at identifying strengths and areas for further improvement.
Beyond compliance, the activity highlighted the collective commitment of the campus to uphold a culture of quality, efficiency, and accountability in all aspects of service delivery. It reaffirmed the shared goal of continuously improving systems to better serve stakeholders through more streamlined and responsive processes.
And as we continue our journey toward institutional excellence, this milestone reflects our shared commitment to building systems that not only meet standards but also strengthen the quality of education and service we provide to our community.

The 16๐ญ๐ก ๐๐๐ซ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐จ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ฅ ๐๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐๐ง๐ญ ๐๐จ๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ง๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ was officially convened today, 5 June 2026. This session marks the opening of a new chapter in student governance, where duly elected representatives from each constituency gathered to exercise their legislative duties and responsibilities under the mandate of the student body.
The convening of Parliament symbolizes the continuity of democratic traditions within the General Trias City Campus reaffirming the principles of representation, accountability, and service to the student community.
In accordance with the provisions of The Student Constitution, the Parliament will now proceed to its first solemn tasks: the election of the new Speaker of the Parliament, the Vice President of the Central Student Government, and the President of the Central Student Government, as well as the confirmation of the appointed Secretaries who will serve in the Council of Executive Secretaries.
These pivotal decisions will shape the direction of student government and define the leadership that will steer the CSG toward fulfilling its vision and mission in the years ahead.

Pursuant to the ongoing process of student government formation following the recently concluded Student Parliamentary Elections, representatives of various political parties and duly elected Members of the Student Parliament paid a courtesy call upon the Office of Student Affairs and Services last 2 June 2026 to undertake preliminary consultations concerning prospective coalition arrangements and the constitution of the Student Government for Academic Year 2026-2027.
The delegation was led by Mr. Erick James Santiago Taluza, Leader of PRIME GT and designated Formateur, accompanied by Mr. Gian Karl D. Huraรฑo; Mr. Kryz Charles E. De Leon, Member of the Student Parliament for BS Hospitality Management, the Premier of the Hospitality and Tourism Management Student Council and incoming Member of the Student Parliament for BS Tourism Management, Mr. Laurence Arinduga, Mr. John Bery Dal and Ms. Eight M. Lorino Member of the Student Parliament for BS Education.
The delegation was received by Mr. Jonel N. Camalig, Coordinator of the Office of Student Affairs and Services; Ms. Jing Jing R. Suing, SDS Coordinator; Mr. Arnie C. Loyola, Coordinator for Multi-Faith Services; and Ms. Laarni Maye P. Perez, SWS Coordinator. Also in attendance were former Central Student Government President Lance Angelo D. Contreras, incumbent Central Student Government President Justine M. Camado, and members of the OSAS personnel.
During the consultation, OSAS officials underscored the importance of broad-based engagement and inclusive dialogue in the government formation process. Accordingly, the delegation was advised to extend invitations and initiate consultations with other political parties and Members of the Student Parliament to explore potential areas of cooperation and consensus, thereby facilitating the orderly, stable, and representative formation of the Student Government for Academic Year 2026-2027.
The meeting served as an initial forum for consultation and coordination among key stakeholders and reaffirmed the shared commitment of all parties to uphold the principles of democratic governance, constructive engagement, and responsible student leadership.
The newly elected Members of the Student Parliament shall formally convene on 5 June 2026 for the inaugural sitting of the 16th Student Parliament, during which the Parliament shall proceed with the election of the officers who will constitute the next Student Government of Cavite State University- General Trias City Campus for Academic Year 2026-2027, in accordance with the governing rules, procedures, and established parliamentary conventions.

The Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) of Cavite State University โ General Trias City Campus successfully concluded its 4-Part Webinar Series, bringing together students, faculty members, and professionals in meaningful and inspiring discussions focused on personal growth, mental wellness, career development, and professional advancement.
The webinar series became a platform for learning, motivation, and empowerment as participants gained valuable insights and practical knowledge from distinguished speakers from different fields.

A Pre-Employment Empowerment Forum
The Public Employment Service Office (PESO) of the City Government of General Trias, in partnership with Cavite State University โ General Trias City Campus and Samuel Christian College of General Trias Inc., successfully conducted the pre-employment empowerment forum entitled โReady, Set, Work.โ The activity aimed to prepare graduating students for employment by giving them important knowledge and guidance before entering the world of work.
The program, featured Labor Education and AIRTIP Integration with a Pre-Employment Fair in collaboration with different government agencies such as the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) โ Cavite, and other offices that assist students in securing employment requirements and understanding workersโ rights and responsibilities.
It is officially started with an invocation and the singing of the Philippine National Anthem, followed by welcome remarks from Ms. Marilou P. Luseco, Campus Administrator of Cavite State University โ General Trias City Campus, and Mr. Jerickson C. Bautista, HED Administrator of Samuel Christian College of General Trias Inc.
During the program proper, graduating students attended informative discussions from invited speakers and government representatives. Ms. Zsahara Martinez, Labor and Employment Officer III of DOLE Cavite, discussed the Labor Education for Graduating Students (LEGS) program, which focused on workersโ rights, employment standards, and workplace responsibilities.
Meanwhile, Ms. Riza N. Ramirez-Flores and Ms. Wilma P. Mamiit from DMW CALABARZON led the Anti-Illegal Recruitment Campaign to help students become aware of illegal recruitment schemes and safe overseas employment practices.
In addition, Ms. Basha Rivera, Case Manager from the City Social Hygiene Clinic, conducted a discussion about HIV/AIDS Awareness in the Workplace to promote health awareness, safety, and responsible practices among future employees.
The program concluded with closing remarks from Mr. Jonnel P. Gozo, PESO Manager of General Trias City, who encouraged the students to use the knowledge they gained as they prepare for their future careers. The forum became a meaningful opportunity for graduating students to become more informed, prepared, and confident as they take their next step toward employment and professional growth.
