At Diding, we specialize in fried chicken. Come and experience comfort food at its best! The Diding restaurant is inspired by Evangeline 'Diding' Quipao.
It was planned and built out of great love and respect for her. The recipe for the fried chicken took months of study, with countless trials to get the perfect taste. The halohalo was researched, experimented with, and carefully studied to get the right blend.

Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, to all our valued customers. Looking back at our early photos made me emotional, reminded of how simple our beginnings were. As time passed, we learned to elevate both our service and our products, guided by your honest and thoughtful feedback.
