- PEF (Pre-Enrollment Form), Study Plan, and Curriculum Checklist.

- Portal Grades (Previous School Year)

- Student Clearance

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟮: 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

- The screening officer will review and evaluate the submitted documents.

- If the requirements are incomplete, the student must complete the missing documents before proceeding.

- If the requirements are complete, proceed to the next step.

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟯: 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝘆 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻

- The Program Chair will create and evaluate the student's Study Plan.

- The submitted documents will be checked to determine whether the student is qualified to enroll in the requested subjects.

- If there are concerns or adjustments needed, the Program Chair will provide recommendations.

- Once approved, the class assignments will be prepared and printed.

- The student will then receive the signed and approved PEF, Study Plan, and Curriculum Checklist.

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟰: 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗿 𝗘𝗻𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

- Proceed to the Registrar's Office for enrollment.

- The Registrar will verify the approved PEF, Study Plan, and Curriculum Checklist.

- If corrections there are problems in your papers, the student will be referred back to Step 3.

- If all documents are correct, the student will be officially enrolled.

- Photocopy the approved PEF, Study Plan, and Curriculum Checklist.

- Submit the original copies to the Registrar for record-keeping.

These individuals proved that hard work, perseverance, and determination truly pay off. Despite the pressure, deadlines, and demanding requirements, they conquered every obstacle and continued striving for excellence.
