Terms and Conditions
Delivery is within the Philippines only.
All products are delivered in good condition. Authentiqshop shall not be liable for any misuse or mishandling of the product after delivery.
The customer shoulders shipping and handling costs except when there are special prizes or promotions.
The following Terms apply to your access to and use of our online shop. By ordering goods from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions stated below.
Purchase and Payment of Goods
You may buy goods offered online by us by completing the order on our site. Once you submit an order, you cannot cancel it. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, at our discretion. Please note that by placing an order, it does not mean that you have secured your items. Kindly make your payment as soon as possible to secure your items. If payment is not within 24 hours, your orders will be voided.
Prices
All prices are in Philippine pesos and are inclusive of VAT but exclude delivery charges and customs duty and other taxes, if applicable. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Availability
All goods being sold are subject to availability of stock. Authentiqshop will contact you to offer a substitute product if an item is out of stock. If you do not accept a substitute item, your order will be cancelled and if payment has been made, it will be refunded to you.
Delivery/Shipping
All orders are processed Monday- Friday, excluding Philippine holidays. For Metro Manila, goods will be delivered at your doorstep the next day via LBC Padala. For areas outside Metro Manila, expect your package within 2-4 days.
You must inform us within three working days of expected delivery of the goods if they are lost or damaged in transit so that we can correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
Damaged Goods
Authentiqshop will inspect all goods prior to shipment. We will replace damanged goods at our discretion provided you notify us within 7 days of the delivery date. The company may ask you to provide proof of the damage, as a condition of refund or replacement.
Returns and Exchanges
Items ordered are considered sold. However, customers may return the products for exchange provided the following conditions are met:
• Items were returned within 7 calendar days of the purchase date together with the original sales receipt.
• Goods must be unused and should be in its original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets/sealed attached.
• Return policy not valid for cosmetic or skin care products.
