If you are a current OECES officer or committee member planning to run in the 2026 Elections, remember that you must file an official 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗯𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 (𝗟𝗢𝗔) before the campaign period begins.

Per 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗫𝗜, 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟱𝟰 (𝘗𝘢𝘨𝘦 15) of the 𝗢𝗘𝗖𝗘𝗦 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝘆-𝗟𝗮𝘄𝘀, this step is mandatory to keep the election fair, transparent, and balanced for everyone.

Ensure your LOA is addressed to the President and Advisers, noted by the Secretary General, and details your reason, your designated officer-in-charge, and your effective dates. Submit your documents to the executive board as soon as possible to avoid any delays.

Please be informed that the official confirmation process for all incoming first-year students will officially commence 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸. This process covers students who have been redirected but intend to pursue the 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗘𝗖𝗘) program, as the department is currently coordinating with the Admissions Office to fix and finalize your slots.

Additionally, this confirmation schedule applies to all students who underwent the ECE assessment and everyone who has been enlisted this week, with the official confirmation coming directly from the Registrar next week.
