Due to the Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon and Visayas, the following events scheduled on 30 August 2026 (Sunday) are POSTPONED to later dates:
-Changing of the Guard Ceremony and Silent Drill Exhibition (rescheduled on 6 September 2026)
-Concert at the Park featuring the Vella C. Damian School of Ballet, Inc. (rescheduled on 5 September 2026)
Meanwhile, both Rizal Park Luneta and Paco Park will remain open to the public with the following operating hours:
📍 Rizal Park Luneta: 5:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
📍 Paco Park: 6:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
