🙋‍♂️ WHO CAN DONATE?
Must be in good health
Aged 18–60 years old (16-17 allowed with parental consent)
Weighs at least 50 kg (110 lbs)
Has had at least 6–8 hours of sleep the night before
No alcohol intake within 24 hours prior to donation

💡 QUICK TIPS BEFORE YOU DONATE:
Eat a light, non-fatty meal before heading over.
Drink plenty of water or juice to stay hydrated.

💡 Magpalista nang maaga!
Maaari na kayong magpatala nang maaga sa inyong kani-kanilang Barangay Health Center o makipag-ugnayan sa naka-assign na BHW, HRH, o Midwife sa inyong barangay para sa maayos na daloy ng konsultasyon.
💼 Mga Dapat Dalhin:
Para sa mga matatanda/adults: PhilHealth ID / MDR o anumang VALID ID.
Para sa mga menor de edad (below 18 years old): BIRTH CERTIFICATE ng bata.

Patalastas para sa Publiko mula sa Sorsogon Provincial Hospital (SPH)

​MAHALAGANG PAUNAWA: Mga Bagong Alituntunin para sa Mas Maayos na Serbisyo sa SPH

​Nais ipabatid ng pamunuan ng Sorsogon Provincial Hospital (SPH) na mayroong mga mahahalagang pagbabago na ipapatupad upang mas mapabuti, mapanatili, at maitaas ang kalidad ng aming mga serbisyong medikal para sa lahat ng pasyente.

​Hinihiling po namin ang inyong buong kooperasyon sa mga sumusunod:

​Pagpapalakas ng Referral System:
Upang maiwasan ang mahabang pila sa SPH at mapabilis ang serbisyo, mariin po naming hinihikayat ang publiko, lalo na ang mga nasa malalayong lugar, na magpakonsulta muna sa inyong pinakamalapit na Rural Health Units (RHUs), Primary Care Facilities, o PLGU hospitals sa inyong hurisdiksyon. Ang SPH ay nakatuon na ngayon sa pagharap sa mas komplikadong mga medikal na kaso.

​OPD bilang Pangunahing Entry Point:
Dahil sa inaasahang pagtaas ng dami ng pasyente, pinalakas ng SPH ang sistema sa pamamagitan ng pagtatalaga sa Outpatient Department (OPD) bilang pangunahing entry point para sa mga pasyente. Nakapagdagdag na rin po kami ng mga tauhan para rito.

​Online Appointment System:
Maaari na pong mag-appointment online gamit ang Online Appointment System (Click-to-Clinic) sa pakikipag-ugnayan sa inyong mga lokal na RHU, District, at Medicare Hospitals. Ito ay bilang pagsuporta sa PhilHealth Yakap Program.

​Maayos na Validasyon para sa Diagnostic Services:
Ipinapatupad na ngayon ang mas maayos na sistema ng pag-validate sa mga kahilingan para sa diagnostic services upang matiyak na ito ay nanggaling sa mga autorisadong doktor at may kumpirmasyon bago maisagawa. Ito ay para maiwasan ang hindi kailangang gastos at magamit nang tama ang mga resources ng ospital.

​Ang inyong pang-unawa at kooperasyon ay mahalaga para sa ikauunlad ng serbisyong pangkalusugan sa ating probinsya.

📍 Vinisitahan Catchment Meeting
Our commitment to community health continues! , Last April 10, a Catchment Meeting was successfully held at Brgy. Vinisitahan, bringing together our dedicated Barangay Health Workers (BHWs) and Barangay Nutrition Scholars (BNS).
These meetings are vital for streamlining our local health programs and ensuring that every family in the catchment area receives the care and information they need.
