๐ธ 4Ps MOO-Matanao in Action: Brigada Eskwela & School Monitoring ๐
This week, the assigned Municipal Link and Social Welfare Assistant of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) MOO-Matanao actively conducted Brigada Eskwela monitoring across various elementary and secondary schools.
This week-long activity aimed to monitor the valuable contribution and participation of our 4Ps beneficiaries in the ongoing Brigada Eskwela. It also served as an opportunity to maintain strong coordination and reinforce our partnership with school heads and school 4Ps coordinators.

The Provincial Operations Office (POO) conducted a Supervisory Meeting with the Municipal Operations Office (MOO) of Santa Cruz on May 28, 2026, at the LDRRMO Office, Brgy. Zone III, Sta. Cruz, to strengthen coordination and enhance program implementation.
The meeting was spearheaded by Provincial Link, Maโam Arlene V. Getalla, RSW, MSSW, and SWO III of the DISTA Cluster, Sir Ranie Bole. Present at the activity was the RPMO Case Management Technical Officer, Maโam Kathleen Mae Falcon, together with field staff, POO focal persons, and MOO Sta. Cruz personnel.
Discussions focused on the 2026 scorecard indicators, accomplishments, identified gaps, target outputs, and strategies to improve operational efficiency. The activity also served as a venue for collaborative planning, clarifying concerns, and aligning strategies to strengthen monitoring and implementation.

Buat, Municipal Accounting Office Head Maโam Rhoanne Macrohon, Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office representative Maโam Marie Jane Enot, together with Provincial Operations Office Social Welfare Officer III Sir Ranie Bole and the Municipal Links of Sta. Cruz.

Discussions also highlighted the consolidated proposed interventions and available opportunities that can help the families sustain their progress and strengthen their self-sufficiency.
The Exit Conference marks another milestone in the implementation of the 4Ps Program, highlighting the commitment of partner agencies in supporting families toward self-sufficiency and sustainable development.

The Municipal Operations Office of Bansalan successfully conducted the Balik-Bata Eskwela Program at Barangay Poblacion Uno Gym, Bansalan, last May 25, 2026. This activity aimed to encourage students to return to school, address their concerns and challenges, and provide appropriate interventions to support their education.
This activity would not have been successful without the help and support of our partners and stakeholders. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the DepEd East and West District of Bansalan and the ALS Teachers for their commitment and unwavering support.
Special thanks also to the Public Employment Service Office headed by Cory Chatto for the assistance extended to this program. To our Municipal SK Federated President, Zenda Alaiza Mae Enero, thank you for your strong support for our youth.
We are also grateful to Barangay Captain Jaime Torres for the unending support to our beneficiaries, and to Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office Head Nissan Pelarion for providing snacks during the activity.
We also extend our appreciation to the parents and students for their cooperation and active participation throughout the program.

DASIG UPDATE | Malampusong gipahigayon sa Municipal Operations Office of Magsaysay ang Exit Conference karung adlawa, May 26, 2026, alang sa mga exited/graduated households sa Mayorโs Conference Hall, Municipal Hall of Magsaysay, Davao del Sur.
Ang maong kalihokan nagtumong sa paghatag og oryentasyon kabahin sa Kilos-Unlad Framework ug 4Ps Graduation Strategy, paghisgot sa proseso sa transisyon, ug pagpalig-on sa kaandam sa mga pamilya padulong sa pagtinabangay sa kaugalingon ug malungtarong kalamboan.
Labaw pa sa usa ka oryentasyon, kini nga sesyon usa ka hinungdanong lakang sa paghatag og gahum sa mga pamilya aron mahimong mas lig-on, independente, ug andam sa bag-ong mga oportunidad gawas sa programa.
Gipadayag usab sa Local Government Unit (LGU) of Magsaysay ang ilang padayon nga paningkamot ug komitment sa paghatag og nagkadaiyang serbisyo ug suporta alang niining mga pamilya aron masiguro ang ilang padayon nga kalamboan bisan human sa programa.
Pinaagi sa panaghiusa, paggiya, ug hiniusang paningkamot sa matag ahensya, padayong mapalig-on ang mga komunidad ug mas hayag nga kaugmaon alang sa matag pamilya sa Munisipyo sa Magsaysay.

Through active participation and constructive discussions, the supervisory meeting strengthened collaboration among team members and encouraged a shared sense of responsibility in achieving organizational goals. It provided an opportunity for supervisors and staff to openly exchange ideas, address challenges, and develop practical solutions that contribute to improved performance and efficiency. The meeting also reinforced accountability by emphasizing the importance of fulfilling assigned tasks, meeting expectations, and maintaining professional standards. Moreover, it inspired a stronger commitment to excellence, motivating everyone to continuously improve the quality of their work, support one another, and uphold the organizationโs mission and values.
Additionally, the supervisory meeting served as a venue for the formal introduction of the newly installed Provincial Link, Arlene V. Getalla, to the staff of the Municipality of Matanao. The introduction aimed to establish rapport, strengthen coordination, and foster a harmonious working relationship between the Provincial Link and the municipal personnel for the effective delivery of programs and services.
The supervisory meeting was held on May 21, 2026, at ABC Hall, Matanao.
