Today is the day we finally reach a milestone we once only dreamed of. But this journey was never easy. There were days we felt like giving up and moments where we doubted ourselves. Still, we kept going and held our heads high even when the climb felt too heavy. There will always be another mountain to face, and not every step will be a win, but it was never about how fast we got here. It was about every struggle, lessons, and small victory along the way.

The morning session of the UMDC SHS Career Day was a meaningful gathering for parents, featuring inspiring messages from Mrs. Ivy Weaver, MAED, RGC, and Dr. Tessie G. Miralles, PhD along with a Parenting Seminar by Ms. Mae Laarni L. Torres LPT, MAED, RGC on the vital role of parents in guiding their children’s career choices and college preparation. The session became even more special when students presented heartfelt letters of gratitude to their parents. 💌💗

In the afternoon, the celebration continued with a lively Zumba session, an inspiring career talk by Ms. Annalou L. Tampipi, MGC, RGC, and creative booths that showcased different career paths. During the Career Parade, students dressed as their dream professions, from doctors to public servants, and other careers. The energy became even more exciting with the concert-like performance and powerful spoken word poetry, making the celebration even more unforgettable.

This celebration was a beautiful reminder that dreams begin with guidance, support, and the courage to pursue one’s passion. 🧑‍🎓✨

The UMDC SHS students successfully completed their 𝗛𝗢𝗣𝗘 𝟑𝗿𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, centered on 𝙖𝙦𝙪𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙨, at the Davao del Sur Sports Center.

What 𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒆𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒆𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒅 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒇𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒄𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒂𝒈𝒆. They survived the exam, faced the water head on, and conquered fears they never thought they could. Proof that 𝒈𝒓𝒐𝒘𝒕𝒉 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 𝒉𝒂𝒑𝒑𝒆𝒏𝒔 𝒘𝒉𝒆𝒏 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒔𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝒅𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝒊𝒏. 🌊🏊‍♀️
