We are inviting you to witness the historic HARAPAN 2023 in Digos City, this 19th of October 2023. This is a Sangguniang Kabataan Debates for the upcoming Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections 2023.

The PADAYON TA 2023 is a project under the BSKE Project Grantees of Youth Leadership for Democracy (YouthLed PH) and supported by LUPAD. This project is implemented by DepEd Tayo - Youth Formation - Senior High School in Digos City in partnership with City Government of Digos, Digos City Local Youth Development Office, Digos City SK Federation and Comelec DigosCity.

This debate encourages the youth to take up space in participating in democratic governance. This also empowers the youth to be responsible in choosing the future leaders in their respective Barangays and Sangguninang Kabataan. This is one step forward in redefining the political landscape of the country through youth participation.
