Rainier S. Brizuela, 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗜𝗬𝗔𝗕, has claimed the championship title in the Pitik (Photo Journalism) category during the Linggo ng Kabataan 2024 event in Barangay Zona Uno. His winning photograph, titled "𝙏𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙤𝙜 𝙨𝙖 𝙠𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙣-𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙣 𝘼𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙨𝙖 𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙣" powerfully illustrates the role of photography in telling impactful stories, inspiring action, and fostering positive change. Rainier’s passion for photojournalism and his dedication to sustainable development shine through his work, establishing him as a leading advocate for youth empowerment and digital innovation.

On June 25, 2024, Nice Pascual, the LIYAB President, together with her officers Leah Alimento and Rainier, went to Fano's residence to deliver the donations they had gathered with the help of the people. This initiative was made possible through the generous support and contributions of the community, who rallied together to assist the fire victims somewhere in Barangay Aplaya.
