Nowadays, scammers are everywhere, and unfortunately, they have even managed to infiltrate booking platforms like Booking.com.

Just today, someone contacted us regarding a booking they supposedly made with us through Booking.com. They even sent us the confirmation messages they received, and surprisingly, my own phone number was listed as the contact person for that listing.

We immediately informed the guest that we do not have any active listings on that platform, and we also do not have condo units in Seawind.

Please stay vigilant and always verify listings before making any payments or reservations. For your safety and peace of mind, kindly contact us directly first.

P.S. dili lang ako, daghan na unit owners na pod ang nabiktima ani. So please, ingat po sa pagbook.
