I paid a visit to Lolo Kap Matias Manjares after the TUPAD Program Orientation at Barangay Mayon.

Looking back on year 2007 when I first ran for the local elections as municipal councilor, he was there to support my candidacy and made me the topnotcher councilor in his barangay.

The Office of the 2nd Congressional District of Albay represenred by Congressman Joey Sarte Salceda utilized its fund to assist displaced/disadvantaged workers by implementing the TUPAD Prigram.

Said office, DOLE RO 5 and the Municipal Government of Albay conducted the TUPAD Program Orientation at Barangay Mayon Covered Court to almost 200 Daragueño beneficiaries coming from the upper southern barangays of Daraga. The Liga ng mga Barangay President Kap Puloy Montallana facilitated the activity.
