Helping kids to learn reading through mastery and not through memorization, writing, numeracy, etc.

Today’s learning at HAMS πŸ’›πŸ“š

Our Play-N-Learn class had so much fun exploring a flower soup sensory bin and creating rainbow names as they discovered the letters in their own names. Through play, they were developing fine motor skills, letter recognition, and creativity.

Meanwhile, our older learners were busy with math, reading, writing, and grammar, building their skills and confidence one lesson at a time.

Different activities, different learning stages, but the same goal. Helping every child grow, learn, and bloom in their own time. 🌈🌸

Bernadette's first week at HAMS!

Reading is more than recognizing words. It is opening doors to learning, understanding, and confidence πŸ’›πŸ“š

This milestone is the result of effort, perseverance, and daily practice.

What once seemed challenging is now becoming possible.

Step by step, with consistent practice and support, confidence is growing and skills are improving.

Lyan was able to read within his first week at HAMS πŸ’›πŸ“š

That is a big achievement and a reminder that with patience, practice, and the right guidance, progress can happen sooner than we expect.

Every child learns at their own pace, and every milestone deserves to be celebrated. We are so proud of this wonderful progress. 🌱✨

Some moments were messy, some were quiet, and some were full of questions. But in every activity, learning was happening.

The little ones explored through sensory play and hands-on activities, while the older learners practiced reading, comprehension, writing, and math.

Every child learns in their own way and in their own time. What matters most is that they keep showing up, trying, and growing little by little. 🌱✨

πŸ“šβœ¨ Another Productive Day of Summer Learning at HAMS! βœ¨πŸ“š

Today, our learners were busy strengthening their skills in reading, writing, grammar, comprehension, and math, while our younger students explored through hands-on and sensory activities.

Each child worked at their own level, building confidence and developing important academic skills in a fun and supportive environment. From sounding out words and answering comprehension questions to solving math problems and creating with their hands, every learner was engaged in meaningful learning.

We love seeing our students grow each day as they discover that learning can be both enjoyable and rewarding. πŸ’›

πŸ„πŸŒ½ Play-n-Learn Class: Farm Fun Day! 🚜✨

Today, our little learners explored the farm through hands-on play and sensory activities! They enjoyed a corn sensory bin where they β€œfed” the farm animals, strengthening their fine motor skills while having so much fun.

The children also built their very own farms by pasting animals, barns, trees, and fences onto paper. This creative activity helped develop their imagination, language skills, and understanding of life on the farm. πŸ“πŸŒ³πŸ‘

Learning becomes meaningful when children can touch, explore, and create with their own hands. πŸ’›
