We thoroughly screen and check on the helper's characters and credentials by personally calling their references and contact persons.

We orient them on their roles as maids/kasambahay and while staying in the agency, we train and teach them how to work well, and inculcate good values for them to be good domestic helpers/maids.

Our applicants are required to submit documents such as:
NBI Clearance, Police Clearance, Barangay clearance, 2X2 ID Pictures, CONTACT PERSONS WITH LANDLINE/MOBILE NUMBERS for emergency purposes, photocopy of NSO birth certificate or valid IDs (SSS, Postal, Philhealth, Voter's, school, factory) ,certificates, diplomas and several references.
