Someone asked me this question. And here's my opinion regarding this concern.

BAKIT NGA BA? ‼️

Setting godly standard lalo na sa praise and worship team is very important to protect 3 THINGS: priority, integrity and purity.

Mahirap kasing mag-serve kapag may kahati na si Lord. That is why maximizing your singleness season while studying is a good training ground.

👉1. Priority - Bago ang iba, dapat si Lord muna. Bago ka magfocus sa lovelife, kailangan sigurado kang si Lord na ang sentro mo.

As Matthew 6:33 says you need to SEEK HIM FIRST. Kasi yung lovelive, idadagdag niya na lang yan sayo.

If you know your priority ngayon palang, hindi na magiging mahirap to discipline yourself on other things and God will level you up in that case.

👉2. Integrity - usually kapag may ka-relationship na while studying palang, nate-tempt na magsinungaling dahil may mga patagong lakad or date.

Why do it if the relationship is official and approved by your leaders? Kaya it is important to wait for the perfect timing para hindi ka din mahulog sa bitag ng kaaway.

Ecclesiastes 3:11 "He has made everything beautiful in its time."

👉3. Lastly, purity. Dito napapahamak ang mga young generation dahil sa panahon ngayon, you cannot deny the fact na malakas ang hatak ng lust of the eyes and lust of the flesh. At kapag di mapigilan, magbubunga ito ng kasalanan.

In Romans 13:14, the Apostle Paul says, “Put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh in regard to its lusts.”

I have observed this na mahirap mapigilan lalo na sa mga worshippers dahil kayo ang madalas na target ng kaaway. So if hindi ka careful, siguradong mapapasubo ka.

That is why godly standard is important. Hindi para pigilan kayo kundi para turuan kayong mag-intay sa tamang panahon. Panahon na tama na ang spiritual life mo at ready ka na labanan ang gawa ng kaaway. 🔥
