DAY 2 | CHCCI SDU ENSURES ORDER AND DISCIPLINE DURING CLEARANCE PERIOD

The CHCCI Student Discipline Unit (SDU) actively assisted during today’s clearance duty for the School of Computer Studies (3rd Year & 4th Year) from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

SDU officers diligently maintained order and discipline throughout the process, guiding students as they entered and exited the office and ensuring that lines were properly organized. Their presence contributed to a smooth and efficient flow of activities, promoting a respectful and orderly environment during the clearance period.

Their presence contributed to a smooth and efficient flow of activities, promoting a respectful and orderly environment during the clearance period.

The 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐟𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐬, in partnership with the 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥, 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐬, 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, and 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, conducted a Post-Conference on the recently concluded Intramurals 2025 on November 28, 2025, at 11:00 AM.

The conference aimed to evaluate the implementation, accomplishments, and areas for improvement of this year’s intramurals, highlighting the collective efforts that promoted sportsmanship, unity, and Crossian excellence throughout the event.

The Office of Student Affairs is still accepting feedback and recommendations from students and organizations to further enhance the planning and ex*****on of future institutional activities.

📌 OCTOBER 22–25, 2025

DAY 2–5 | SDU UPHOLDS DISCIPLINE AND ORDER THROUGHOUT CHINGCACIKAN 2025

From the second day until the culmination of the CHCCI Intramurals “CHingCaCIkan 2025,” the Student Discipline Unit (SDU) consistently fulfilled its vital role in ensuring a safe, orderly, and disciplined environment across all event venues.

Throughout the succeeding days of the Intramurals, SDU officers were strategically stationed in key areas to monitor activities, guide participants, and ensure the observance of school policies and proper decorum. The SDU Assistance Booth, in partnership with the MDRRMO, also remained fully operational to address Lost and Found concerns, incident reports, and other matters requiring immediate assistance.

The fifth and final day of the Intramurals featured the highly anticipated Mr. and Ms. Intramurals 2025 competition and the Awarding Ceremony, marking a fitting conclusion to a week that showcased sportsmanship, unity, and excellence among the students.

Through the collective dedication and professionalism of all SDU officers, the Unit successfully sustained discipline and order from beginning to end, contributing to the overall success of CHingCaCIkan 2025.

Here’s how you can do it:
Informal grievance – Talk it out. Communicate and fix things respectfully.
Formal grievance – Write it down and file it if things don’t get better.

You can raise a grievance if you’re a:
✅ Student or group of students vs. faculty member
✅ Student or group of students vs. non-teaching staff
✅ Student or group of students vs. administrator

DAY 1 | SDU ENSURES ORDERLY START TO CHCCI INTRAMURALS CHingCaCIkan 2025!

The Student Discipline Unit (SDU) fully engaged today ensuring a smooth, safe, and disciplined start to the CHCCI Intramurals 2025! Our day began early, with SDU officers actively assisting in the organization and safe ex*****on of the morning parade, guiding all participants along the route into the campus.

Once the events officially kicked off, the SDU remained highly visible and accessible. We established our SDU Assistance Booth in collaboration with the MDRRMO, serving as the hub for Lost and Found concerns, incident reports, and other student needs.

SDU officers were consistently deployed across all game areas, vigilantly monitoring activities and reminding students to strictly adhere to school policies, particularly regarding proper uniform and attire.

The SDU is fully committed to upholding discipline and order, guaranteeing a well-managed and enjoyable "CHingCaCIkan" experience to all crossian!

The Opening Ceremony of the Intramurals is moved to October 21, 2025 (Tuesday) due to expected weather conditions.

Please be advised that regular classes will continue on October 20, 2025.
