Skamax started out as a venue where ska bands oriented in the third wave sound can play and develop their skills in front of kids who are into the same genre, it has grown today to further spread ska music in all its genres In that year, there were so many bands that came out that there was a need to put up a satellite gig where newer bands can have a monthly event of their own.
