Our client, a mover in the aviation industry, needed last-minute full event planning and ex*****on for their new office’s grand opening. So we moved at breakneck speed to deliver. Everyone seemed to have loved the centerpieces we worked hard to find just for their event… and took them home.😅 Glad they liked even the tiniest details.🥰

In building rapport, you need to use you H.E.A.R.T. and when rebuilding long-term relationships with clients and customers, you must rebuild T.R.U.S.T. Lesson of the day from one learner: “The customer experience starts with me. I need to think premium and be premium if I want to deliver premium.” Word of the day from one of the learners: “Amaaaazing.” ✨

Lack of , cooperation, and coordination among leaders breeds uncertainty. Uncertainty breeds fear and paranoia.

People struggle most with uncertainty. But people are also adaptable and can adjust as long as we're given the facts, good and bad. We know what we need to do even though we’re scared. We know to get rechargeable lights ready and/or board up the windows when we know that there’s a typhoon/hurricane.

Always remember to communicate back and forth because you genuinely care about the people you are responsible for. Don't stop until the message and the why behind the message is clear. Communicating just to convince yourself that you've communicated is not automatically equivalent to caring... it's just checking it off your own to-do list.
