Ang LAGUBO! Cuatro dili lang usa ka pasundayag—kini usa ka pagsaba-saba sa panaghiusa ug pagbarug sa komunidad alang sa usa ka luwas ug drug-cleared/free nga lungsod. Pinaagi sa makabungog nga nilagubo sa mga Drum and Bugle Corps (DBCs) gikan sa nagkadaiyang kasilinganang lungsod—duol man o layo—atong ipadayag nga ang San Remigio dili magpakahilom ug dili magpatara sa problema sa illegal nga droga!
