𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 |"𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞, 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝." 𝟓𝟓𝟗𝐭𝐡 𝐍𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐬 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭-𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬 proudly conducted the Closing Ceremony of Military Science 2 (MS-2) for Academic Year 2025–2026 on 030800H June 2026 at the UV-Main Gymnasium.

The Guest of Honor and Speaker, CAPT EMMANUEL A PANTALEON PN(GSC), Commander, NRCen-EV, delivered an inspiring and heartfelt message to the graduating Cadets and Cadettes, encouraging them to uphold the values of honor, courage, and commitment as they move forward in life. He reminded the graduates that completing the Military Science 2 (MS-2) Program is not merely the end of their training, but the beginning of a greater journey of leadership, service, and responsibility.

A total of 808 strong Cadets and Cadettes successfully completed the program, marking not only the culmination of months of dedication, perseverance, and hard work, but also the start of a greater responsibility to lead with integrity and serve with unwavering commitment. As future leaders and responsible citizens, may they continue to embody the ideals of patriotism, integrity, and selfless service, carrying with them the lessons learned, experiences gained, and camaraderie forged throughout their NROTC journey. May these values continue to guide them in all their future endeavors as they strive to make meaningful contributions to their communities and the nation.

The event was attended by ENS NICO M MARIÑO PN, Admin officer, NRCen-EV, CPO Rey P Buenafe PN, Chief Master-at-Arms (CMAA), NRCen-EV; PO3 Junrey V Perocho PN, 559th NROTCU POIC; together with the training staff and cadet officers, whose unwavering support and guidance contributed to the success of this significant milestone.
