🚫 The Big DON'Ts in the BPO Industry!

Working in a BPO comes with its own set of challenges, but avoiding these common pitfalls can make a world of difference. Whether you're new or seasoned, here's a reminder of the top things to avoid:

🕒 DON’T Ignore AHT (Average Handle Time): While it’s important to be thorough, dragging out calls unnecessarily can hurt your efficiency. Find the balance between quality service and time management.

😶 DON’T Go Silent: Dead air is a big no-no. Even if you’re looking something up, keep the customer informed so they don’t feel left hanging.

❗️ DON’T Forget the Script (But Don’t Overuse It): Scripts are there for a reason, but sounding robotic is a fast way to lose a customer’s trust. Use the script as a guide, not a crutch.

😠 DON’T Take It Personally: Tough customers are part of the job. Stay professional, keep your cool, and don’t let their frustration get to you.
