As a Software QA Analyst, you will:
- Assist the AVP of IT QA in defining and developing in-house quality procedures, standards, best practices, metrics, and new QA tools to ensure quality goals are met
- Collaborate with business and project teams to identify appropriate test coverage to support application delivery
- Develop test plans, create and execute test scripts, assess results, and report defects
- Help transition test cases from manual to automated ex*****on
- Work with developers to identify and resolve defects, ensuring high-quality software delivery
- Understand the business application beyond software requirements
- Develop QA metrics across functional, regression, integration, and performance testing scenarios
- Manage risks and issues relating to test management and project deliverables
- Communicate testing results to all impacted stakeholders and manage resolution
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with multiple teams across the company

Requirements:
Non-negotiables
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- At least 2-3 years of SQL development
- Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, SoapUI) and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Visual Studio)
- At least 3 years of system and integration testing experience
- Experience in defining and developing QA processes, standards, and best practices
- Strong working knowledge of databases and web-based applications
- Experience with Agile test techniques
- Proficiency in coding languages such as C # or Python and frameworks like TestNG, TDD, BDD, or hybrid frameworks
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred skills/expertise
- Familiarity with Jira, MS Project, ADO, or other project management tools
- Coding or scripting experience
- Prior experience in the mortgage or financial industry
- CSTE/ISTQB certification

Your Role:
As a Dynamics 365 Developer, you will:

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to support business operations and strategic initiatives
- Enhance the Dynamics 365 CRM platform by building additional entities, workflows, business rules, forms, views, and dashboards
- Develop, configure, and roll out Dynamics 365 Marketing and FinOps modules
- Build plugins, custom actions, and workflow extensions following Microsoft best practices and coding standards
- Develop custom solutions using C #, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Microsoft Power Platform technologies

- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, solution reviews, testing, and quality assurance activities
- Ensure solutions align with security, compliance, governance, and data privacy standards
- Support IT leadership on D365 strategy, project delivery, and technology roadmaps

What You Need:

- Proven experience developing and administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Power Apps-based solutions
- Strong proficiency in C #, .NET Framework/Core, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Strong understanding of Dataverse, entity modelling, relational structures, and data types
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), and custom connectors
- Experience integrating CRM platforms with external systems using REST APIs, Azure services, or middleware tools
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and solution layering practices
- Understanding of security models, role-based access control, and data privacy standards
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred skills/expertise:
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, PL-600, MB-210, or MB-220
- Experience delivering Dynamics 365 implementation or transformation projects
- Exposure to Azure DevOps automated deployments and environment strategies
- Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks
- Knowledge of Power Pages and advanced Power Platform capabilities
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale CRM and ERP environments
