What I appreciate about events like this is the clarity it brings to both investors and practitioners. Markets may shift, inflation may rise, and global conditions may change โ but well-located, well-planned developments continue to hold value and create long-term opportunities.
In Cebu and across VisMin, growth is still very much active. Infrastructure developments, urban expansion, and increasing demand for quality housing continue to support the strength of the property market.
