The long wait is finally over—December 27, 2025, marked the much-anticipated 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦! Earlier that day in Barangay Lawaan II, Talisay City, the 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐁𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 joyfully shared disaster-preparedness lessons, fun and interactive activities such as experiments, and Christmas gifts with 50 youths affected by Typhoon Tino and the recent flooding.

Though the celebration may have been simple, it became truly meaningful through the collective efforts and genuine hearts of everyone involved. The warmth, laughter, and bright smiles we witnessed filled our hearts with happiness and reminded us of the power of unity and compassion.
