Greetings, Josenians!

In the aftermath of Typhoon Tino, the USJ-R Supreme Student Council (SSC), through the Committee on Student Affairs (COSA) and the Office of the President, is conducting the “Rapid Damage Assessment Survey” (Sensing Form) to understand the current situation, needs, and recovery of our fellow students.

The SSC would like to emphasize that this survey is part of the required administrative process. The University requires documented and verifiable information before considering proposals related to academic schedules, learning modalities, or assessment requirements. While we understand that this may take time and effort, your truthful responses are essential to ensure that our appeals genuinely reflect the realities of the student body.

For students who cannot access the Google Form, you may contact the Josenian Grievance Center directly. SSC officers will assist in collecting your responses, be it through traditional means. We will accept any format (text message, voice note, or photo)

Our priority is to ensure that every student is heard and represented, regardless of their current condition.

| In light of the coming Typhoon Tino, please be guided by the following:

1. Basic Education Examinations are postponed to November 6-8, 2025.

2. Tertiary Level Examinations are postponed to November 6, 7, 10, & 11, 2025.

3. OJT and RLE duties are suspended from November 3-5, 2025.

4. Graduate School, School of Law, ETEEAP, CPA-Review, and RITTC: Classes are at the discretion of the respective Deans and Directors. Keep posted for announcements.

5. Office work will be suspended if typhoon is raised to Signal no. 3. We are monitoring the situation and will provide updates.
