What You’ll Do:

• Conduct coaching sessions and trainings
• Handle escalations and ensure excellent customer experience
• Work closely with management on reports and strategies

Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience in a Supervisory or Leadership role
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Sales background is an advantage
• Strong coaching and training experience
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Willing to work onsite and on a graveyard shift
• Willing to relocate to Cebu for a 4-month training period (airfare and housing covered)
