✨ Day 4 & 5: Successful Extension Activity! ✨

Under KAHAYAG Program, our team successfully carried out the Day 4 and Day 5 sessions of our extension activity in Barangay Recodo last August 30, 2025 (Sunday). 🌞⚡ These sessions focused on Solar Power Installation, providing participants with hands-on training and practical knowledge in setting up solar energy systems for sustainable use.

We extend our deepest gratitude to Barangay Captain Sanelito Andales for the warm support and to all the community members who actively joined the training. 🙌 Your eagerness to learn and participate greatly contributed to the success of this activity.

Through this effort, we aim to empower the community with skills and awareness about renewable energy, paving the way for a brighter and more sustainable future. 🌍💡 Together, we continue to spread light and knowledge through Project CHARGE under Program KAHAYAG.

Isang matagumpay na pagsisimula ng aming First Phase Extension Activity: Project CHARGE (Community Help and Renewable Generation of Electricity) sa ilalim ng KAHAYAG Program nitong August 30, 2025, Sabado sa Barangay Poblacion! 🙌

Lubos kaming nagpapasalamat kay Hon. Barangay Captain Erna Noynay sa kanyang buong suporta at pagtitiwala na naging daan upang maisakatuparan ang proyektong ito. 💙

Ang Industrial Technology Student Society (ITSS) kasama ang lahat ng BSIT students ay aktibong dumalo at nakibahagi sa pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wika noong Agosto 29, 2025, na may temang:

“Paglinang sa Filipino at Katutubong Wika: Makasaysayan sa Pagkakaisa ng Bansa.” 🇵🇭

Ang programang ito ay isinagawa sa pamumuno ng Cawayan Campus College Student Council (CCSC), katuwang ang iba’t ibang organisasyon at mga institusyon mula sa iba’t ibang departamento ng DEBESMSCAT Cawayan Campus. 🎉

✨ The Second Phase of Program KAHAYAG: Project CHARGE – Successful Extension Activity! ✨

Under the program KAHAYAG, our project CHARGE (Community Help and Renewable Generation of Electricity) successfully conducted its Second Phase last August 24, 2025 at Barangay Recodo. 🌞⚡

Equipping the community with practical knowledge and skills in renewable energy. 💡

The activity was made possible through the support and leadership of BSIT Program Chairperson, Mr. Harvey J. Ubac, Project Leader, Mr. Alberto B. Luzong III, and the dedicated BSIT Faculty who shared their expertise for the benefit of the community. 🙌

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Hon. Barangay Captain Sanelito Q. Andales and the Barangay Officials of Recodo for their warm welcome and invaluable support that contributed to the success of this activity. ❤️

The First Faculty Meeting of the Institute of Industrial Technology, together with its COS and affiliate Instructors, was successfully conducted on August 20, 2025, Wednesday, from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm at DEBESMSCAT – Cawayan Campus.

This fruitful meeting strengthens collaboration among faculty members in pursuit of the college’s goals and objectives.

Look: 𝐒𝐢𝐫 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐲 J. 𝐔𝐛𝐚𝐜 the Program Chairperson of Institute of Industrial Technology of DEBESMSCAT Cawayan Campus oriented and welcomed the BSIT first-year students as they begin their college journey. He shared essential reminders and words of encouragement to help them adjust to their new environment.

The orientation served as a valuable guide for all first-year students, empowering them to gain a deeper understanding of their chosen course and to prepare for the challenges ahead as future Industrial Technology professionals.

Look: The ITSS officers actively participated in the “𝑺𝑨𝑳𝑼𝑩𝑶𝑵𝑮” activity. 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐃𝐄𝐁𝐄𝐒𝐌𝐂𝐀𝐓 𝐂𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬 held on 𝘈𝘶𝘨𝘶𝘴𝘵 11, 2025, to officially welcome Academic Year 2025–2026.

The program, spearheaded by the CCSC officers, commenced with a prayer led by 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐚𝐡 𝐌𝐚𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐚, followed by the singing of the 𝑷𝒉𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒑𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒆 𝑵𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑨𝒏𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒎 led by 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐎𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐨. After these opening segments, 𝐌𝐚’𝐚𝐦 𝐈𝐫𝐢𝐬 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐨, the campus administrator, warmly welcomed the students especially the first-year students and delivered an inspiring message. She also introduced the department heads from various colleges, presented the instructors from different academic programs, and acknowledged the non-teaching staff of DEBESMSCAT Cawayan Campus.
