PS if you haven't already signed this please sign and share the following petition, plenty of BRITISH citizens need help with this one, the government is attempting to put a price tag on love, under the guise that love should not be at 'the expense of the tax payer's except that spouse visas specifically exclude those on spouse visas from claiming ANY benefits, and already have to pay a huge amount, up front ( approx £2500 for 2 years to the NHS and £1500 in application fees).

Petition: Don’t increase the income requirement for family visas to £38,700 Currently the financial requirements to bring your spouse to the UK is £18,600 per year and now the Government wants to more than double it. Most people in the UK don’t make that per year. We believe this policy punishes those who fall in love with someone with a different nationality.
