Responsibilities

2. Manage the schedules of renewals of governmental requirements, insurances, and vehicle registrations, etc..
3. Receives and organize all fitness to work and validate any medical discrepancy to sort the class “A” from “ class “B & C” came from the physician with recommended remarks of Hertz Safety Officers for follow through.
4. In-charge with the driver recruitment monitoring and pre-employment fit to work results.
5. In-charge with the Defensive Driving Training and Actual On-the road Drive Test schedule and results.
6. In-charge with the schedule of Generic On-boarding and Role Specific On-boarding.
7. In-charge of the coordination of the schedule and taking down minutes of the meeting
