RAATI 2019.
THE Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection is presently being undertaken at Isabela State University Cauayan Campus. The inspection team is headed by LtC Rodolfo P. Agner (res) PA. The event started with an opening ceremony wity Atty. Romano P. Cammayo and. Dr. Marinel P. Dayawon representing the University President and the Executive Officer respectively. The activity started with the ISU ROTC showing their military prowess thru a ceremonial parade. In the afternoon, the small unit and leadership tactics demonstration attracted the attention of thousands of crowds. The event is being supported by the NSTP director, Dr. Wayne G. Sabado.

Day 2. Student's Week celebration.

The show must go on despite the rainy weather. The ISU gymnasium is jampacked with students awaiting the highlights of todays activities. The battle of the bands is about to start which will be participated in by the different colleges showcasing their musical prowess.

OSA Director meets Publication Staff

Dr. Ronie Boy Blas, the newly designated Director of Student Affairs and Services conducted a meeting with the publication staff. Dr. Blas inquired about the plans of the staff as well as problems being encountered. He encourages the staff to be service oriented to the studentry. He also manifested the possibility that the Electoral Board will be spearheaded by the publication staff. He also stressed the need of being impartial in the conduct of election. Also present during the meeting is Prof. Jehoana Mones and Prof. Alvin V. Modales.

The 1st Cauayan City Barangay Ultimate Firefighters Challenge Grand Finals is presently being held at Isabela State University Cauayan Campus. The firefighters challenge is participated in by 6 barangays namely: linglingay, gagabutan, alicaocao, marabulig 1, district 2 and andarayan. The grand prize is a motopumper. Fire Chief Inspector Aristotle Atan, the Cauayan City Fire Marshall expresses his gratitude for the support of the City government and ISU-CC for the conduct of the said event. The City Mayor attended the opening ceremony together with Rescue 922. OJT's from the College of Criminal Justice Education is actively participating in the event.

CAAP personnels are ready to start with the evaluation of the Associate in Aircraft Maintenance program of the Polytechnic School. Mr. Jeirome Abalos and Mr. Ebasco will do the inspection this afternoon. Mr. Ebasco manifested their willingness to help the university to offer the program the soonest time possible. According to Mr. Ebasco, it should have started earlier if not for their delayed flight.

The Civil Aviation Authority visits ISU-CC for the final evaluation for the offering of the Associate in Aircraft Maintenance. CAAP is ably represented by evaluators Mr. Jeroime C. Abalos and Mr. Edwardo Ebasco. The evaluation is part of phase 4 evaluation where ISU is given 90 days to comply with the requirements. Dr. Precila Delima welcome the development reiterating the program of the City government to upgrade it's airport. Mr. JEROIME Abalos assured ISU administration that they will help for the sooneat offering of the aircraft maintenance course.

The hybrid electric road train on it's final road test ready for tomorrow's turn over to the city government. The train being the first in the region to provide eco friendly mode of transportation. The historic event will be undertaken tomorrow with the DOST Secretary Fortunato T. Dela Pena and Hon. Bernard Dy of Cauayan City. It is also expected that City Mayors attending the Smarter City Challenge will ride the road train around the city.
